Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience in-store.
• Use product knowledge and clienteling to drive sales.
• Meet store and KPI goals and support brand initiatives.
• Embody rag & bone aesthetics and articulate the brand story.
• Assist Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes as needed.
• Process POS transactions accurately and manage inventory.
