• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools
• Offer honest style and fit feedback to earn trust and drive loyalty
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results
• Maintain department readiness including stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns and inventory counts
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support department productivity
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
• Follow Up using the 2-2-2 Method and Nordy Club enrollment
