Oniverse seeks a Sales Lead for its New York boutique who delivers superior customer service, drives conversion, and grows the client base by offering personalized fashion tips and expert product knowledge.

You will mentor teammates, aim to exceed personal sales goals, manage client books, and maintain store visuals and POS operations in a fast-paced fashion environment. Competitive base pay plus monthly bonus aligns with performance.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of Contemporary Fashion retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level standards of customer service and advanced selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
• Capture customers’ information and follow up via phone and written contact.
• Client Book Management and follow-up for inquiries such as product care.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of products and benefits to maximize sales.
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build partnerships in a team-focused environment.
• Support managers in daily replenishment, markdowns, and stock management.
• Operate POS system, perform opening/closing procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.
