Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Sales Lead in Los Angeles who thrives on client service and fashion expertise. You will convert walk-ins into ambassadors by sharing style tips and maintaining a high level of professionalism, while mentoring teammates and driving conversion and retention.

You will manage client books, follow up communications, and collaborate with the Manager to achieve personal and store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3–4 years of contemporary fashion retail experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful outreach.
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to raise service levels and exceed client expectations.
• Capture customer information and follow up via phone or written contact.
• Manage client books and follow up on shopping experiences and product care inquiries.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of products to maximize sales opportunities and inspire guests.
• Support daily store operations, replenishment, markdowns, and visual standards.
