Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate with customers
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer- and product-focused sales culture and MAPS standards.
• Open/close duties and manage merchandise flow processes.
• Supervise sales staff; ensure floor coverage and promotions are maintained.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and standard operations.
• Develop a high-performance team and achieve sales goals.
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Assist with locating fulfillment and selling to customers.
• Provide excellent clienteling and omni-channel customer service.
• Lead with positive change and solicit feedback for growth.
• Support training programs and associate development.
