Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor in Springfield, IL to deliver outstanding customer service, welcome shoppers, and guide them through the store to inspire purchases. You’ll use fashion knowledge to share information about products and trends while keeping the selling floor clean and well presented.

You’ll engage with customers, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, support stock and display standards, and work with the team to reach sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
• Promote and sell products, and actively support loyalty initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, presentation, and a clean, organized sales floor and back of house.
• Support stock replenishment, fitting room, and checkout processes.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
