Torrid is hiring a store associate in Texas Center to provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers, and process transactions. You will use product knowledge to promote add-on sales and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting and stay fashion-forward, with a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends. You will help with stock organization and visual standards to invite customers to shop.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a great customer experience.
• Be fashion focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that builds customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions while using sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met.
• Assist in the organization of the stockroom and provide a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.
