Talbots in Cranston, RI is seeking a Regular/Part time Store Associate dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and fashion guidance. You will help customers with fit and styling, build relationships, and contribute to a polished store environment.

Responsibilities include using product knowledge to create outfits, assisting with replenishment and operations, and supporting management in driving store performance. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

• Strong selling and styling skills to assist customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and a high level of integrity.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to help drive store business and clientelling initiatives.
• Engage with customers using knowledge of trends and new arrivals to create outfits and match needs.
• Serve multiple customers at once, multi-task and manage projects.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion).
• Use product knowledge to suggest outfits and complementary items.
• Participate in coaching, feedback and learning opportunities to maximize performance.
• Support sales metrics through clienteling, outreach and events, including by assisting with replenishment and operations.
