Job summary

Talbots, a leading women’s clothing retailer in Holden, MA, is hiring for a Regular/Part-time role focused on delivering outstanding customer service, styling advice, and fashion knowledge. Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote products.
• Support store leadership to grow store business.
• Assist with Concierge and service enhancements to build relationships.
• Service multiple customers and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to make outfit recommendations.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items matched to customers' needs.
• Engage in learning and respond to coaching to improve performance.
• Aim to meet sales and service metrics (clientelling, outreach, appointments).
• Complete operational tasks like filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
