• Assist management in building store business and executing initiatives.
• Support service enhancers and Concierge to strengthen client connections.
• Service multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion).
• Create outfits for customers and suggest items to meet needs.
• Pursue learning opportunities and accept feedback to improve performance.
• Aim to achieve sales and service metrics including clientelling and appointments.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders and replenishment.
