Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management to build store business.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships, including Concierge usage.
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Create outfits and suggest items to meet customers' needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and respond to coaching and feedback.
• Meet sales and service metrics through clientelling, outreach and events.
• Complete operational tasks such as filling orders and replenishment.
