Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics like Clientelling/Outreach.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire.
• Participate in community/store activities and events.
• Represent the brand image.
