Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience and promote products.
• Support store management to grow the business.
• Assist with service initiatives and Concierge usage.
• Multi-task and handle multiple customers and projects.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals, and build outfits for customers.
• Meet sales and service metrics through clientelling and outreach.
• Complete operational tasks including replenishment and orders.
