KnitWell Group seeks a part-time Talbots Store Associate in Columbus, OH. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote product knowledge, and help manage daily store operations.

This role emphasizes fashion sense, relationship-building with customers, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include assisting management, using the Concierge program, and supporting merchandising through replenishment and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate selling competence and styling expertise with a love of fashion.

• Comfortable with POS tech, can multitask and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote products to build brand relationships.
• Assist management to grow store business and use Concierge when appropriate.
• Handle multiple customers, stay informed on fashion trends and arrivals.
• Create outfits using product knowledge and suggest items to fit customer needs.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through clientelling, outreach and awards.
• Complete operational tasks like filling orders and replenishment.
