Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven store environment. You will share product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and help maintain an inviting selling floor while working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will collaborate with team members to meet personal and store goals, adapt to evolving tools, and contribute to a positive store culture built on teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Experience in customer-facing retail is a plus.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
