Job summary

WHBM in Edison, NJ is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven store environment. You will share product knowledge, inspire confidence, and deliver personalized service across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

You'll build authentic connections, maintain brand standards, support merchandising and store organization, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture focused on empowering customers and achieving personal goals.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; 18 for others.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds while stocking and operating the register.
