Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to staff our Indianapolis store, delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience. You will engage guests, understand needs, and guide purchases with product knowledge.

In addition to serving customers, you will assist with merchandising, inventory, and keeping a visually compelling environment. A team-first attitude and the ability to adapt to shifts and tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; at least 18 for other states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds and stand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality.
• Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
• Create an omnichannel experience by using available tools.
• Educate customers about brand loyalty programs.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment and store organization.
