Job summary

H&M in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the store experience. You will use fashion knowledge to share trends, promote products, and support loyalty programs while maintaining clean displays and accurate stock levels.

A typical day includes assisting customers at the fitting room, operating the checkout, and working with the team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience.
• Promote products, stories and fashion trends to customers.
• Encourage use of loyalty app and in store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, fitting rooms, and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Help with stock, presentation and clean, attractive displays following guidelines.
