Job summary

G-III Retail Group, the owner of DKNY, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a welcoming shopping experience, understand customer needs, and provide product and styling recommendations.

You will contribute to store sales goals, maintain visual standards, process transactions, and uphold brand professionalism. 6 months customer service preferred; HS diploma required; opportunity to grow with a dynamic company offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals.
• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions and follow company cash handling policies.
