Job summary

DKNY is seeking a Sales Associate for its store under G-III Retail Group to deliver an elevated shopping experience. You will understand customer needs, offer product and styling recommendations, and build genuine connections while contributing to store sales goals and maintaining visual standards.

Success in this role hinges on being customer-focused, collaborative, and motivated to achieve results. You will operate on the sales floor and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience and High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
