Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales with in-store and online clients.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
• Share information about loyalty programs and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
