Job summary

H&M in the United States seeks a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service, welcome customers, and guide them through the store while actively selling products. You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care and store presentation.

You’ll work with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, maintain displays, and ensure a clean and well-organized sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Strong interest in fashion, trends, and product knowledge.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to engage customers and drive sales.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative retail environments.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and in-store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store experience.
• Promote and sell products and promote the loyalty app Hello Member.
• Maintain garment care, refilling, steaming and presentation.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house clean and organized.
• Support stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
