H&M USA, Inc. is seeking a Sales Advisor in Harrisonburg, VA to deliver a superior customer experience. You will guide shoppers through the store, share fashion stories, and actively promote our products while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and supporting back-of-house operations.

Formación

• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or service industries.
• Passion for fashion and trends; strong product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience.
• Promote and sell products; engage customers on fashion trends and stories.
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness and back-of-house organization.
• Support with opening/closing duties and stock replenishment.
• Assist with garment refill, care, and in-store technology tools as applicable.
