Job summary

H&M in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide shoppers through the store experience. You will use fashion knowledge to inform customers and actively sell products while maintaining a clean, well-presented sales floor and assisting with back-of-house tasks.

You will promote the Hello Member loyalty app, participate in stock replenishment and merchandising, and work with the store team to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store and Omni experience where available.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and promote products effectively.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products across store areas.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions and support sales targets with store management.
