Qualifications

• Passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication, creative and curious, flexible and action-oriented.
• Sales experience in fashion, retail or service industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products, and actively encourage use of the Hello Member loyalty program.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and a clean sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with opening/closing, stock replenishment and in-store omni services.
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
