Job summary

H&M in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively promote our products. You’ll use fashion knowledge to share information and support a seamless Omni shopping experience.

You’ll help with garment care, store presentation, and keeping the sales floor tidy, working with the team to reach sales targets. The role offers hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome and guide customers through the store and the omni experience where available.
• Willingness to engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
