Job summary

H&M in Scottsdale is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell our fashion products. You’ll use your fashion knowledge to inform customers and support brand storytelling while maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment.

In this role you’ll promote our loyalty app, contribute to achieving sales targets, and collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and welcome customers in store.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products.

• Contribute to garment care, presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a positive H&M experience to customers.
