Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and break periods.
• Train and motivate sales staff to meet store sales goals.
• Participate in weekly management meetings.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and loss prevention standards.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures.
• Maintain POS systems and in-store technology.
• Develop relationships with customers, mall representatives, and other stores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
