Job summary

Everything But Water is seeking a Store Manager to create a customer-centric environment while driving store performance in the Fashion Mall at Keystone. You will lead a team of Associates, manage daily store operations, staffing, and inventory, and deliver extraordinary service to customers.

The role requires 5–7 years retail experience with 3–5 years in management, open availability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and inspire staff.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 3-5 years in retail management.
• Open availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Basic merchandising and visual skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to hire, develop, train, and inspire all level of Associates.
• Ability to travel with overnight stay.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and expenses to optimize results.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure shift coverage and scheduling based on business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Associates for accountability.
• Develop the store management team.
• Maintain brand standards in cleanliness, organization, and visuals.
