G-III Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to create an elevated and welcoming shopping experience by understanding each customer’s needs, offering product and styling recommendations, and building genuine connections. You will contribute to the store’s sales goals, maintain visual standards, and represent the brand with confidence.

Qualifications

• 6 months face-to-face customer service experience (preferred).
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals.
• Be aware of sales-to-goal status and strive to achieve company sales expectations.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to standards.
• Ring customer transactions, perform register functions and follow cash handling policies.
