KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3376-Renaissance at Colony Park-WHBM-Ridgeland, MS 39157 to supervise the team and uphold brand standards. You will coach staff, drive selling efforts, and ensure a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will manage operations, schedule, and inventory while delivering personalized customer

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
