Job summary

KnitWell Group, featuring Lane Bryant, is seeking a Sales Lead for the Goodyear, AZ store. You will create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily plans and lead operations when needed.

You’ll train and motivate the team to reach their highest potential, support brand guidelines, and help drive sales while maintaining an inviting shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share knowledge of products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model.
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans.
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance.
