Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver a great in-store experience. You will bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to help guests find their perfect fit.

You will work with day, night, and weekend shifts, stay on your feet, and assist with restocking and visual displays while upholding store policies and fostering an inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
