ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and create a memorable in-store experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, and a passion for fashion. This role includes day, night, and weekend shifts with incentives like employee discounts and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry.

• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks.
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
