Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive in-store sales and create a welcoming shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you bring energy, style and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.

You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and daily operations, while staying on your feet for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Deep interest in fashion and a customer-first energy.
• Able to connect with people and deliver great service.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts; comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve targets.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow policies on payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
• Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks.
