• Perform Opening and Closing Routines for daily store operations.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure great customer service.
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and payroll management for the team.
• Train and develop non-management staff for skill growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain compelling visual displays aligned with brand.
• Analyze reporting to inform store decisions and actions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory controls.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems accurately.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company culture.
