Job summary

Chico's Augusta store is seeking a Customer Specialist to create exceptional experiences and lasting relationships with customers. You will greet shoppers, understand needs, and showcase Chico's fashion and services to inspire outfits while representing a culture of hospitality.

The role requires 18+ years old, retail experience preferred, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work in-store at Augusta Mall and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Partner with the team to deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects Chico's culture of hospitality.
• Share knowledge of Chico's products and services to outfit and inspire customers.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive outreach about new products, promotions, and in-store events.
• Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools.
• Contribute to store performance by meeting personal goals and collaborating with teammates.
