Job summary

Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at our Cross Creek location. You will work directly under the supervision of our Store Manager, helping to ensure the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will assist in the implementation of operational processes that attract and retain customers while driving sales. Additionally, you will work closely with our CEO and co-owner to help drive financial sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Assistant Manager role at a high-volume fashion retail company.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills and proven experience coaching employees to attract and retain clientele.
• Proven ability to lead a small to medium sized Sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day responsibilities of a high-volume retail environment and drive sales.
• Assist with training and development of new Sales Associates.
• Help develop and implement process improvements and manage inventory flow and restocking.
