Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing fashion retailer in Cross Creek, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to support store operations and sales goals. You will work under the Store Manager, implement processes to attract and retain customers, and collaborate with the CEO and co-owner to achieve financial targets.

Successful candidates oversee daily tasks, lead by example in customer service, and demonstrate a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Assistant Manager role at a high-volume fashion retail company.
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills and proven experience coaching employees to attract and retain clientele.
• Proven ability to lead a small to medium sized Sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and procedures.
• Upbeat, engaging personality capable of initiating contact with customers and identifying shopping needs.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to wear many hats and go above and beyond.
• Maturity, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish rapport with coworkers and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or relevant field preferred.
• Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) per week, including weekends and some holidays.
• Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day responsibilities of a high-volume retail environment with focus on driving sales.
• Assist with training and development of new Sales Associates.
• Help drive process improvements and link warehoused inventory to the store; track inventory performance and restock.
• Handle processing of returns, damages, and other customer service issues.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and displayed to maximize sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through clothing selections; manage fitting rooms; process transactions accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate customer feedback to the team.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork during peak hours/seasons.
