You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, lead training, uphold Windsor policies, and ensure the store remains neat, compliant, and welcoming to every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to onboard and train staff.

Responsibilities
