Job summary

KREWE, a premier eyewear brand based in New Orleans, seeks a Store and Allocation Planner to own store allocation and inventory strategy across a growing retail fleet. You will optimize product flow, inventory productivity, and store performance, partnering with Planning, Retail Operations, and Logistics.

Based in our New Orleans HQ, you will drive data-informed decisions, manage replenishments, and support new store openings with calibrated assortments and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail allocation, inventory planning, or merchandise planning.
• Experience supporting a growing store fleet is a plus.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain store clustering and attribute frameworks to drive assortment strategies.
• Manage inventory levels by door based on capacity, seasonality, and selling curves.
• Lead in-season inventory management, replenishment, and inter-store transfers.
• Own allocation for new stores, coordinating with Logistics and DC for on-time product delivery.
• Analyze store and channel sales, weeks-of-supply, sell-through, and stock-to-sales weekly.
• Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reporting with insights and actions.
