Job summary

KREWE, a luxury eyewear brand based in New Orleans and New York, seeks a seasoned Vice President of Retail to lead our in-person store business across 20+ locations. Based in New Orleans or NYC, you will drive expansion, store operations, and guest experiences at the highest level.

You will own the retail roadmap, manage P&L, and partner with Marketing, Planning, Operations and HR to build a scalable, design-led team that sustains brand standards and delivers profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in luxury or specialty retail leadership with 5+ years in an executive role.
• Proven multi-market retail ops scaling with P&L ownership.
• Experience with omni-channel environments integrating physical + digital journeys.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level retail strategy and expansion roadmap.
• Oversee 20+ store footprint including site selection and lease negotiations.
• Drive sales, ops, and KPI performance with data-driven insights.
• Ensure guest experience and brand standards across all stores.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Operations, and HR to align omnichannel goals.
