Aquent seeks an organized, detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to support the Casual Sleep category, helping coordinate product information, track samples, and ensure milestones stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for a consumer fashion brand, with a hybrid work arrangement in New York. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Fashion, Design, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Prior product development or fashion/merchandising experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with product information, data, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative and proactive.
• Located in New York or tri-state area for hybrid schedule.

Mansioni

• Support the Product Development team with day-to-day coordination of product development activities.
• Assist with development and tracking of prototype products within the Casual Sleep category.
• Enter, maintain, and update product information within internal data systems.
• Coordinate and track product samples as needed throughout the development process.
• Monitor development timelines and help ensure key milestones and deliverables stay on schedule.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets, classification charts, and other documentation.
• Coordinate weekly updates to ensure product information is accurate and communicated promptly.
• Support communication of product development details across internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Assist with workflow management and follow up on outstanding development needs.
• Partner with Product Development leadership and cross-functional teams to support seasonal product execution.
