Fourth Floor, a bi-coastal boutique agency, seeks a Senior Account Executive for the Fashion team in New York. You will manage multiple accounts, drive media relations, executive visibility, and product launches, and lead campaigns from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in communications or PR or agency work.
• Proven track record leading campaigns and placements.
• Established relationships across fashion, retail, media.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to advise senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Experience leading teams across capabilities.
• Strategic, creative approach to media and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day communications with clients.
• Manage workflows across multiple accounts.
• Develop executive visibility roadmaps and media strategies.
• Identify media, speaking, awards, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Build strategic narratives for brands and executives.
• Lead client programs from concept through execution.
• Manage team output, priorities, deadlines, and cross-capability collaboration.
• Develop press materials, op-eds, award submissions, executive briefings, and other content.
• Contribute internal best practices, tools, opportunities, and thought leadership.
