A well-known fashion brand is seeking a PLM Data Entry Assistant to manage updates in FlexPLM and input fabric specifications. The ideal candidate should have over a year of relevant experience in a PLM role within the fashion industry. Responsibilities include creating styles in the system, maintaining seasonal fabrics, and ensuring data accuracy. Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in PLM.
• Must be skilled with PLM from a corporate/fashion role.
• Interest in fashion from the operational/production side.

Responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance and updates in FlexPLM.
• Input all fabric specifications in PLM.
• Create styles & SKUs in the system.
• Update Bill of Materials.
• Create line sheets for designs and update as needed.
• Support production and design teams with data entry.
• Ensure accurate processing of information.
• Communicate cross functionally to ensure all teams have the same data.
• Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders.
• Track and send packages as needed.
• Check in seasonal submits and track all quality and color approvals.
