Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist in Kirkland, WA to help keep our store operations running smoothly. You will receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor, while assisting with markdowns and transfers.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining POS records, and coordinating with merchandisers to place products. Flexible scheduling applies with a focus on weekend coverage and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented while maintaining time management and multitasking.
• Able to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds and move items up to 50 pounds with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ticket and prepare inventory for the floor.
• Process new shipments and inspect for defects before stocking.
• Maintain purchase order records and price ticketing in POS system.
• Partner with store leaders on product placement and replenishment.
• Process web orders and store transfers; conduct weekly vendor item checks.
• Conduct transfers to other stores or to warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and maintain organized sale sections.
• Keep backroom clean and stocked with supplies.
