Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-time Lead Inventory Specialist in Kirkland, WA to manage in-store inventory, shipments, pricing, and replenishment. You will work closely with store leadership to ensure products are presented well on the floor and online orders are fulfilled promptly.

The role requires independent, detail-oriented individuals with solid computer skills and a willingness to lift items as needed. Flexible 15–30 hour schedule with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem solving to resolve challenges.
• Detail oriented while maintaining excellent time management and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store handling inventory management tasks.
• Process new shipments and review for defects before placing on the floor.
• Maintain PO records and manage invoices and price ticketing for new goods.
• Collaborate with store leaders on product placement and replenishment.
• Prepare and fulfill web orders and inter-store transfers.
• Conduct weekly vendor return checks and transfers to other stores or warehouse.
• Maintain backroom organization and restocking of supplies.
