You will assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate with team members and managers to drive business success, focusing on a seamless customer experience with collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

You will engage customers, stay current with fashion trends, and be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
