Torrid in Toledo is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver the Torrid Connection by making customers feel welcome, confident and cared for. You’ll help shoppers with product knowledge, operate the register, and support merchandising standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is needed, and you’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment while promoting add-on sales and a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Perform register functions while using sales, promotion and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.
• Cover the sales floor and help ensure all visual standards are met.
• Assist in the organization of the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
