Job summary

Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support daily store operations and bring our brand promise to life. You will help create a fun, fashion-centered, and affordable shopping experience for communities, while guiding team members and ensuring policy adherence.

You will lead by example in greeting customers, coaching peers, and maintaining an inclusive, high-energy environment. This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in retail (6 months+).
• Good eye for fashion and current trends.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage. greet customers with a smile and create a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
• Prioritize and delegate to run the store efficiently.
• Ask and educate customers on selling their clothes to us.
